I’ve been using these Colon Cleanse Pills for a 15-day detox, and they’ve worked really well. The cleanse is very effective—I felt lighter, less bloated, and overall more comfortable. However, they may cause mild stomach cramps for some people, especially in the beginning, but they passed quickly for me. I had never used a "colon cleansing" product before but I thought I'd try doing a short cleanse for the perceived health benefit. I expected this to be like taking a laxative, and I was right. I will give it due credit, it definately does what it says it will. I was cleaned out! I do not recommend taking this product unless you are going to have easy access to toilets. You are going to need them, multiple times a day. Probably best to watch what you eat when you do take this too. Whatever goes in is going to come back out, and quickly.The description says you can take it 7 days in a row. I did three and couldn't take any more. Use it at your own risk.It does say it's made in the USA which gives me a little confidence I'm not ingesting anything dangerous.

Got this through the Vine. Got this encourage my body to not hold in stuff and to let it all out and it does the trick. I think in a couple of days you are in the bathroom letting it all out. There is slight cramping but it is worth it. Follow the instructions and you will be good. Also it is a good price for what you. Good overall.
