this is a great supplement- i take it anytime i get a cold/congestion and it clears my breathing up SO fast. be prepared it will make you expel everything though, so pack your tissues!

I always keep some on hand for any respiratory issues.This blend in particular claims to include echinacea, marshmallow root extract, oregano, licorice, bromelaine, and more, all good. But it's not third-party tested that I can see, so impossible to validate any of that.That said, we used it recently and it did seem to help. So I'd say it's mullein but can't know how much or what else it has. Seller, please get third-party testing.
